Study Abroad Fees

 

Course Fees

As of August 28, 2012, course fees for all faculty-led study abroad courses are $217 per credit hour for undergraduate and graduate courses:
  • Three credit hours (undergraduate and graduate courses) — $651
  • Six credit hours (undergraduate and graduate courses) — $1,302

Note: The number of credit hours for any given course is indicated in the second digit of the course number. For example, ENG 1320 is a three-credit-hour course, and SPAN 1410 is a four-credit-hour course.

Miscellaneous Fees and Charges

Texas State Study Abroad offers a variety of services; as of September 1, 2011 the following is a list of miscellaneous fees and charges associated with these services:

  • Program Transfer fee: $25 per request
  • Late fee: $50 per missed deadline. On line payments must be made by 12:00 am (midnight) to avoid late fees
  • Faculty-led non-refundable application fee: $200
  • Exchange program non-refundable application fee: $250
  • Affiliated program non-refundable application fee: $125
  • Transfer Credit Agreement fee: $25
