I hope you all had a pleasant holiday break. A few reminders:

1.  Remaining payments for the program should be made on the following schedule:   
 Second Payment $1,993.00 March 1, 2012  
 Third Payment $1,206.00 April 1, 2012 
Please make every effort to meet these deadlines, since we set them so we can pay our program invoices on time.

 2. First Orientation:  We've set the first orientation for February 19 from  2-4 PM, in Flowers Hall G09 (The Writing Center).  At this meeting we  will discuss the basics of the program (classes, excursions optional and  required, side trips and so on), early travel planning, required  paperwork and documents, etc.  Feel free to bring family and / or  interested friends.  There will be a second orientation session sometime  in April. Have a good spring semester.

Second Orientation Meeting:

Our second orientation will take place on April 15, from 2-4 PM.  Plan to bring a potluck dish to share. We'll hold the event in Rio Vista Park, picnic area # 3 (near the ranger station).
